Reception Banquet Hall Celebrations

GARDENS RECEPTION HALL  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

  1. IS THE FACILITY OPEN YEAR ROUND? Yes
  2. MAY WE SET UP TENTS AND OUTDOOR GAMES? No. The outdoor area does not belong to the reception hall. Rented areas are confined to the inside hall.  The Outdoor Gazebo may be rented for ceremonies. 
  3. WHEN CAN WE COME IN TO DECORATE? Decorating is confined to the day before the event.  Rentor may come in the day before event between 8 AM and 6PM to set up.      
  4. DO WE HAVE TO SET UP THE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR OUR RECEPTION? No, a "generic" set-up is provided which may be tweaked. 
  5. DO YOU CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF MEALS SERVED? No. 
  6. MAY WE SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES? NO.  No alcohol may be brought to any area of the property, including the parking lot.    
  7. DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN THE HALL AFTER OUR EVENT? No, we clean the hall, but you need to pick up all refuse from your event, including table clothing and decorations you apply. Additional cleaning expenses are applied if the hall is left unreasonably dirty or trash is not removed.   
  8. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS WE MAY PARTY AT THE EVENT? Occupancy, other than the decorating time, begins no earlier than 11:30 AM and doors are closed by 11:30 PM.
